From file to doorstep
Six stages, no shortcuts
Nothing is warehoused. A piece does not exist until someone buys it, and then a specific person cuts, prints, checks and packs that specific panel.

- 01
Design
The artwork is built at the size it will actually be printed.
- Standard size
- 11" × 14"
- Time
- Days to months
Every design is composed at final print dimensions. Scaling artwork up after the fact is where detail is lost, and on a rigid printed surface that loss is obvious.
Colour is worked to what the printer can physically reproduce, so what leaves the screen is what comes off the bed.
- 02
Prepare
Surfaces are cleaned immediately before printing. Contamination is the enemy.
- Surface
- Cleaned immediately before printing
- Time
- Same day
Anything on the surface when the ink lands stays there permanently once it is cured. A fingerprint becomes a defect that cannot be fixed afterwards, only scrapped.
So the last thing that happens before a piece goes on the bed is that it gets wiped down.
- 03
Print
A UV flatbed lays white, then colour — cured solid as it prints.
- Finishes
- Flat, or built up for raised texture
- Time
- 3–7 days from order
White goes down first. It is what allows saturated colour to sit on a metallic surface without going muddy, and it is printed only where the artwork needs it.
Each layer is cured by UV light almost as soon as it lands, so nothing is left to dry, nothing can settle into a wet surface, and there is no colour shift overnight.
For a raised piece the ink is built up in additional layers, so the artwork ends up with physical relief rather than a flat film.
- 04
Check
Every piece is looked at before it is packed. A failure is scrapped, not shipped.
- Inspection
- Every piece, by eye
- Time
- Per piece
Pieces are checked under angled light, which throws a shadow off any defect too small to see head-on.
Anything that fails is scrapped. It does not become a second and it does not get discounted.
- 05
Pack and ship
Packed to survive a courier, and tracked from the door.
- Ships to
- United States
- Time
- Varies by carrier
Protective packaging sized to the item, so nothing moves in transit.
We ship with whichever carrier is best for the parcel rather than paying a premium to one of them, so transit time varies by carrier and destination. Tracking reaches you when the parcel is scanned, not when a label is printed.
If it arrives damaged, send photographs and we will put it right. Transit damage is a cost of doing this, not something to push onto the person who bought it.
3–7 days from order to dispatch.
Then delivery time varies by carrier and destination, tracked. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo — a replacement goes into production the same day and you keep the damaged one.
