Where we ship, how long it takes, and what happens if something arrives damaged.

Production time
Every piece is made after you order it. Production takes 3–7 days — cutting, printing, inspection and packing all happen in the studio.
Limited editions and hand-finished objects can take longer. If a piece will take materially longer than the stated window, we email you before it goes into production rather than after.
Delivery
We ship with whichever carrier is cheapest for the parcel and the destination, which means delivery time varies by carrier and destination. We would rather say that than quote a window we cannot control.
Everything ships tracked, and the tracking number reaches you when the carrier scans the parcel — not when a label is generated.
Where we ship
The United States only, for now.
- Free shipping on orders over $100.
- $12 for an order containing an 11" × 14" print.
- $8 for an order of cards, coasters, stickers or puzzles only.
- Stickers add $1 each after the first, because each one is another thing to pack.
- Outside the US, email hello@rz-collective.com before ordering — checkout will not accept a non-US address, but we will quote it honestly rather than guess.
Packaging
Faces are covered with a low-tack film, corners get moulded protectors, and the panel travels between rigid boards inside a double-wall carton cut to size.
Boxes are unbranded. Nothing on the outside says what is inside — which matters for a parcel left on a porch and for anything bought as a gift.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph the carton and the panel and send both to us. A replacement goes into production the same day and you do not need to return the damaged one.
There is no claim form and no process on your end. Transit damage is a cost of doing business and it is ours, not yours.
