What stays on your device
Your cart, your wishlist and your recently-viewed list are stored in your browser and are not transmitted to us. There is no server-side copy, and clearing your browser data deletes them permanently.
Recent searches are stored the same way.
What we collect when you buy
To fulfil an order we need a name, an email address, and a shipping address. Payment is handled entirely by our payment provider — card numbers never reach our servers and we could not see them if we wanted to.
What we collect otherwise
Very little, on purpose.
- An email address if you subscribe, used only for what you subscribed to. One click to leave.
- The details you type into a commission enquiry, used to answer it.
- Aggregate, non-identifying analytics — and only when analytics is configured for the deployment. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are both honoured.
Who else sees it
Our payment provider, to take payment. Our shipping carrier, to deliver the parcel. Our email provider, if you subscribed. Nobody else.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Email hello@rz-collective.com to see what we hold, correct it, or have it deleted. We will act on it, and we will not make you justify the request.
Deleting order records may be limited by the period we are legally required to retain financial records.
