Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we confirm the order by email. If something is mispriced or unavailable we will tell you and refund in full rather than quietly substituting something else.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable.
Artwork and intellectual property
All artwork on this site is original and owned by Red Zone Collective LLC. Buying a piece buys the physical object, not the artwork's copyright — it may not be reproduced, resold as a print, or used commercially.
If you supply artwork for printing, you confirm you own it or have permission to reproduce it, and you remain responsible for that.
What we will not print
We decline requests to reproduce copyrighted characters, franchises, brand marks and photography that is not yours. We also decline anything we judge to be hateful or harassing. These decisions are ours and we do not debate them.
Colour and variation
Screens differ. The colour of a delivered piece will be close to what you saw but is not guaranteed to match a particular display exactly.
Hand-finished objects vary between units by design. That variation is a property of the product, not a defect.
Limitation
Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.
